Forum Communities terdiri dari costumer component, costumer satisfication and customer relation or information. Contoh entertainment game, flash game dan lain-lain.

Commerce
Small Commerce : deducting balance terdiri dari buy content & other value added, buy book, buy movie ticket dan buy flower.

Strategi user juga sangat diperlukan. Ada beberapa yang mungkin bias digunakan seperti standard user, member user dan payable user.
